At Maslool, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you find yourself not entirely pleased with your item, we welcome you to return it for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Below, you’ll find the essentials of our return policy for your convenience.
Essential Return Guidelines:
- Items must be in their original condition, free from damage or missing parts not caused by us.
- Returns are accepted within seven days from the date of purchase, provided items are unused, with all original tags and labels attached.
- For returns due to defective or damaged products, please reach out to us to arrange a refund or exchange.
- A nominal 2% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Sale items are final and are not eligible for returns.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, regardless of its condition.
- The returned product must arrive at our shop within 24 working hours from the initiation of the return.

Sale Items and Exchange Details:
- Refunds are issued for regular-priced items only; sale items are non-refundable.
- We provide replacements for defective or damaged items. For exchanges, please leave us a message or contact us at info@maslool.ae. and return the item to our address.
Gift Return Information:
- If your item was gifted and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the giver had it shipped to give to you later, refunds will be processed to the giver.

Refund Process:
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your return or exchange within three days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within a specified period.
Issues with Refunds:

Shipping Costs for Returns:
You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item. These costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location. For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
